What happens if the portal is down for maintenance or crashes?
If for some reason the portal is unavailable, staff can still record their time using the eTime App, which will be available on the App Store® and on Google Play in early 2021. With the eTime App, staff will be able to record time on their smartphone regardless of access to the internet or portal downtime. The app will then synchronize its data with the portal when network and portal access is possible.
