Brokerage Laptop & Docking Station – Remote Employee Technology Setup

This video is intended specifically for newly hired remote employees in the Brokerage Department who will be receiving a company-provided laptop and docking station setup.

The video provides a step-by-step walkthrough of the equipment and our computing environment. It covers the physical setup of the laptop, docking station, monitors, and other peripherals, as well as the initial Wi-Fi connection, first-time login and MFA registration, VPN access, and a brief introduction to our applications, shared network drives, and other resources employees will use during their workday.

New employees will receive this video as part of the onboarding process before their official start date. The goal is to provide a resource they can access from a personal device to guide them through setting up their equipment, completing their initial login, and connecting to ISS resources for the first time.
