Payee Details - Taxpayer Information

To enroll in ePay, you must first complete the TaxTaxpayer Information Form.form.  From the My Expenses page, select "View Details"Details to begin enrollment.

Once the Payee Details window appears, click "the blue Complete Tax Information"Information button at the bottom of the screen to begin filling out the Tax Information form.

Fill out the form and select "Continue"Continue to advance to the next page.

Once finished, click "Submit"Submit at the bottom of the page.

 

Please note that we have taken measures to protect your banking and tax information.
